MY SPIRITUAL PATH(part1)

This past 6 years has not been easy at all for me. It's been full of dabbling, wandering and testing different spiritual powers and entities. My post today will make YOU realize that though the Bible writes that we should "Test all Spirits", too much of testing spirits is really dangerous. “Curiosity Kills".

I was born and raised in a Jehovah Witness family where moral standards are held high. My late grandma believed so much in the principles of the Bible that, we hardly dishonor 'the Ten Commandments ". We strongly disbelieve the existence of ancestors and have established that it is satanic demons and spirits that pick up the forms of dead relatives or friends to scare or deceive us.

Though this dogma about spirits and ancestors was highly esteemed in my family, I am that curious type still trying to find out whether they (spirits) truly existed or are just fairy tales as we are made to believe. This made me try to find out through all means possible, the secret behind spirituality. I read every book or article that came my way and listened to every available audio relating to spirit and spiritual paths. Though some contradict, most of them point out to the fact that spirits really do exist. Thus, my desire for spiritual knowledge grew day by day.

On my 18th birthday, 18th May 2010, I was at the internet cafe still researching on spiritual knowledge when I suddenly came to an article entitled "LETTER TO SATAN". The title seems captivating and I decided to read its contents. It was just a 1minute read and did not take much of my time. Little did I know it was an initiation prayer. After I said the last words "so mote it be", I felt a faint cold breeze rush down my spine which instantly gave me goose bumps. It was a wow experience to me and that made my desire to burn even more. I was certain to pursue spiritual knowledge but this time around, through the Satanic Path.

On my way back from the internet cafe, I had my very first unusual experience. It was almost 02:00am midnight and the street from Akotolante to Kings-Bar seems very quiet and lonely. I have walked this lane several times at odd times so I was sure there was no reason to worry. When I got the Calvary Baptist Church intersection, I started having very unusual feeling. 

First of all, I heard a really loud noise approaching me. It was as if a thousand horses were rushing down to meet me. The sound got louder by the each second that passes and that convinced me I wasn't just thinking. 

Next was the strange wind. The loud sound I heard did not stop me from rushing home since I believe I will be safer home. It was when I reached the James Town- Community chapel that fear really gripped me; for what I saw sent shivers down my spine. Behold, approaching with top speed towards me was a crowd of wild horse-like wind running as if they are being chased by a wildfire. I could clearly see the shapes of the horses. They were like sand. Their fore limbs were clearly visible but their hind limbs was really windy. I stood in shock waiting for the strange wind to hit me. It was a really scary yet exciting experience as I watched, heard and felt the horse-like wind brush past me.

I continued my walk home in a complete dichotomy. I was terrified but excited. It's like I've really found the path I sought after. I decided not to mention any of this to my friends when I got home. They were busy sleeping for it was during the late hours of the night that it happened. I laid down on my mat with my mouth still wide open. The scene keeps playing itself to me. I started pondering over the article I read to Satan and started asking myself so much questions. Who is Satan actually? Am I a seer now? Am I a wizard or what? Before I could find answers to these questions, I fell into a deep sleep only to wake up the next day.
